Q What kind of company is INGUN?

INGUN is a manufacturer of test probes and fixtures that was founded in Konstanz, an industrial city near the southwest border of Germany in 1971. In addition to conventional test probes, the company's product lineup consists of more than 10,000 types, including special probes such as those for high current and high frequencies. Reliability and a track record cultivated for approximately forty years since its founding are evidence that INGUN is one of the world's leading manufacturers. All of INGUNs probes and sockets are RoHS-compliant.

Q What is the difference between the English catalog and Japanese catalog?
A
The English catalog contains all of the more than 10,000 types of probes handled by INGUN. The Japanese catalog focuses on standard products that are frequently orders by customers in Japan. The Japanese catalog also includes unique Japanese probes and sockets jointly developed with INGUN which are handled by us alone.

Indent) are available. The catalogs for download are in PDF format. Although you will be asked
to provide certain information to download the catalogs. The information is however used
exclusively for our sales activities and will not be used for any other purpose.

A INGUN handles not only in-circuit test probes, but more than 10,000 types such as probes
for high current and high frequencies. The standard material used is steel; almost all of their probes
are gold-plated. The standard service temperature range is -40°C to 80°C. Probes that can be used
in a wider range of temperatures are also available.

Q What is the advantage of using a receptacle?
A Wiring the receptacle instead of the probe enables probes to be easily replaced when their life is up.
A Yes, there is. EQOmat is a new cleaner specially designed for removing dirt from the tip of test
probes. It cleans of flux and oxide film to eliminate the cause of poor contact of the probe.
It is an indispensable item for keeping test probes in good service condition for an extended period
of time. You should try it.

Q What are the features of Radio frequency probes?
A These probes can measure Radio frequencies by direct contact with Radio frequency switches or Radio frequency connectors. By using an FCT tool, for example, you can dramatically shorten time required for testing/inspection connected manually by cable. Can be used for all sorts of applications including connectors such as FAKRA, HSD and UFL, PCB layout, and audio/video terminals. Handles 200 MHz, 700 MHz, 2 GHz, 4 GHz, 6 GHz and 12 GHz frequencies. Inner probe is replaceable to facilitate maintenance.
