E.Q.Omat special cleaner for test probes

We have developed and sell EQOmat special cleaner for test probes that removes dirt such as flux and oxide film that adheres to the tips of test probes. EQOmat is an essential item for those who want to keep test probes equipped with configuration, thinness and function that offer convenience to the user in good working condition for an extended period of time.　*E.Q.Omat is the abbreviation for "Ecological Qualified Octopus Mat."

Application and effect

Use when probe contact becomes poor. Just pressing the tip of the probe to EQOmat cleans away flux, oxide film and other foreign matter that adheres to the tip. Recommended for cleaning before and after board inspection. Routine maintenance extends the life of the probes and can dramatically reduce maintenance cost. It may also be effective for crown type dirt that used to be hard to remove with conventional cleaners.

EQOmat is divided into 2 layers: a gel layer to remove foreign matter such as flux and a polishing layer to polish the tip of the probe.　*RoHS-compliant

　Options / special E.Q.O stamp
　　Using the EQO stamp adds pressure evenly to the test probe, and can remove dirt uniformly.
　　Use of EQO stamp is recommended from the standpoint of safety. Two types, vertical and
　　horizontal, are available.
